No reproduction, distribution, public display, derivative use, or data mining absent prior written consent. Limited, personal, non-commercial use is permitted solely for educational purposes.
- Educational Purpose; No Guarantees
All offerings are educational and developmental. Outcomes are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for how you interpret, evaluate, and apply information.
- Medical & Psychological Disclaimer (Summary)
NEUROS and MELD are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic providers. Nothing we provide is diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any condition. If you need professional help, you must seek a licensed provider. In crisis (U.S.), call or text 988. (Full standalone version at Section M.)
- Accuracy, Interpretation & Personal Responsibility
We strive for accurate, research-informed content but make no representation or warranty as to completeness, timeliness, or accuracy. Information can evolve and reflects professional judgment and interpretation. You agree to investigate independently and use what is appropriate for you. You are solely responsible for your interpretation and use.
- Assumption of Risk & Release
Experiential and group work can trigger physical, emotional, and psychological responses. By participating in any NEUROS/MELD activity (including courses, coaching, retreats, events), you assume all known and unknown risks and release and discharge NEUROS, MELD, facilitators, officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

- Group Confidentiality & Conduct
We encourage confidentiality but cannot guarantee others’ conduct. You agree to respect others, refrain from harassment/abuse, and hold NEUROS/MELD and participants harmless for disclosures or actions by other participants. We may remove violators without refund.
- Third-Party Tools & Links
We use reputable processors and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for external content, security, or privacy practices. Use at your own risk.
